Meet Courtney Brooks, the incredible force that keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes at WCTU Cleveland 13 News. As our Administrative Coordinator, Courtney is the mastermind behind the seamless operation of our newsroom.

Originally from the East Coast, Courtney's journey into the media and communications world began at Emerson College in Boston, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Media Arts. Intrigued by the power of storytelling, she continued her studies at Northwestern University in Chicago, completing a Master's program in Public Relations and Communications.

Before joining WCTU Cleveland 13 News, Courtney built her expertise in fundraising, promotions, and PR in iconic cities like New York and Los Angeles. It was love that brought her to Cleveland, following her soulmate who is a Cleveland native. Little did she know that this move would deepen her personal connection and cultivate a profound appreciation for the city's rich culture and history.

Beyond her role at WCTU, Courtney is an avid explorer of Cleveland's hidden gems, a passionate supporter of the local sports scene, and a connoisseur of the area's diverse culinary offerings. Her infectious enthusiasm and commitment to her adopted city make her an indispensable part of the WCTU Cleveland 13 News family, contributing her expertise to the heart of the city's media landscape.
