MEDINA, OH — Nikkie Brown took her “Hit the Town” segment to Medina, where she visited Forever 22 Med Spa and met with owner and founder Brandi Sesock to explore the services offered at the medical spa and their lesser-known health benefits. “I do have a lot of patients that come to me and get injections in their traps and their neck to reduce tension and it reduces their headaches as well. I also treat excessive sweating by injecting in areas like your underarms, even behind your knees, just to reduce that excess sweating,” Sesock, a nurse practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience specializing in internal medicine and aesthetics, told Cleveland 13 News.

While Botox is often associated with reducing wrinkles and promoting a youthful appearance, Sesock explained its broader uses. “Botox is actually a neurotoxin, which sounds scary, but it really just reduces wrinkles by relaxing your facial muscles,” she said, adding that Botox is also used to address issues such as muscle spasms and chronic headaches.

The spa offers a wide array of treatments, including wrinkle relaxers like Botox, Jeuveau, and Xeomin, and dermal fillers such as Revanesse and Juvederm to smooth lines and add volume. Additional offerings include medically assisted weight loss through GLP-1 injections, vitamin B12 shots, Lysine injections, and Alpha Lipoic Acid injections. Sesock noted these treatments are designed to support skin health, muscle recovery, mood improvement, and overall vitality.

Inside the treatment room, Brown learned more about the personal touch Sesock brings to her clients. “I do offer some vitamin injections, weight loss solutions, and sometimes we just have a seat on the couch and talk face to face, and hang out,” Sesock said during the segment. Brown responded, “Your beauty therapist is right here,” as she gestured to the camera.

To demonstrate the services firsthand, Brown received a vitamin B12 injection on camera and shared, “I didn’t even feel that.” Sesock mentioned that the effects of the shot are typically felt within hours and can assist with improved energy levels and better sleep quality.

Sesock emphasized that the spa welcomes all clients, including men. “I like to call it ‘brotox’ for guys,” she said, dispelling the notion that medical aesthetics are solely for women.
